Show Notes

Kristen Hadeed

Leader, entrepreneur, and author, are words that just scratch the surface when describing Kristen Hadeed. At 19, Kristen started a cleaning business called “Student Maid.” While she was just looking for a way to make some additional money during college, she soon hired 60 employees and had a contract to clean hundreds of apartments in her college town. Well, as the story goes, her team of 60 quickly dwindled as nearly 75% of the team quit within only a few days. That’s when her obsession with learning how to be a leader began. Over the next 14 years, Kristen learned how to lead from her heart. She took Student Maid from a small cleaning company to a business known on a global scale for it’s culture of belonging, its focus on people, and its purpose of building leaders. Today, she spends her time helping leaders, teams, and organizations around the world embrace their humanity. In 2017, Kristen published a book called “Permission To Screw Up.” She has worked with companies in just about every industry with one purpose behind it all, “to build a better world through courageous, compassionate leadership.
